What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pre-Production Support: Assist the production team in preparing for shoots by organizing sets, props, and materials ahead of time.
- Studio Management: Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for filming.
- Set Preparation & Assistance: Set up props, furniture, and artwork before shoots. On filming days, help with set resets, prop handling, and ensuring seamless transitions between shots.
- Collaboration with Production Design: Assist in building new sets, sourcing materials, and managing props.
- Errands & Miscellaneous Tasks: Run production-related errands, including picking up props, craft supplies, dry cleaning, or other essential items.
- Documentation & Inventory Management: Help organize and maintain production documents, ensuring all files and visual assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prop Room Management: Oversee the prop inventory by cataloging, organizing, and ensuring all items are in good condition and readily available.
Qualifications (Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply!)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of production experience
- Willing to travel for shoots (5% of the time)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic Google Suite experience
- Knowledge of video production (preferred)
- Interest in or experience with filmed entertainment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
