Job Brief Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager to drive demand, increase product usage, and optimize marketing processes and strategies across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and operations, ensuring that our product marketing efforts are effectively executed and supported by a strong operational backbone.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing:
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and market differentiation.
Collaborate with product and solution teams to understand features and benefits, creating compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with the product and solution teams to conduct market research and competitor analysis, leveraging their concrete input to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Create and manage marketing collateral such as product sheets, case studies, webinars, presentations, and blog content.
Lead sales enablement efforts by providing the sales and partnerships teams with tools, training, and co-branded marketing collateral, ensuring consistent product messaging across all sales channels to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvements in product marketing efforts.
Drive demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing product usage and lead generation, with a key focus on producing MQLs
Marketing Operations:
Design and implement scalable marketing processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot etc.) and CRM systems to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and reporting.
Lead the creation and optimization of lead generation strategies, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive growth.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and channels. Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success teams, facilitating a smooth customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing projects, ensuring the highest ROI on marketing spend.
Deliver key KPIs, with a specific focus on increasing MQLs to support business growth.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in product marketing, marketing operations, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
– Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and other marketing technologies.
– Ability to develop and implement effective GTM strategies, with a track record of driving demand and increasing product usage.
– Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
