Key Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Establish and champion a 12–18 month roadmap for writeback and user data management at Sigma, securing leadership buy-in and ensuring company-wide alignment.
- Deep Customer Engagement: Engage directly with users to understand their data needs, transforming insights into impactful product experiences.
- Enhance Writeback Capabilities: Lead the advancement of secure, intuitive, and high-impact writeback features that seamlessly integrate into daily workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Agile Execution: Guide the team through an iterative build-test-launch cycle, fostering rapid learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment focusing on BI, data analytics, or platform products.
- User-Centered Design: Proven experience collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, and security. Experience with writeback workflows or data modeling is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop long-term product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and fostering alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Startup Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up sleeves to drive product success.
