Beekeeper is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Core to enhance our platform for communication professionals and end-users. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that delivers a consumer-grade user experience with enterprise-level functionality. As Product Manager, Core, you’ll drive key product capabilities that power the entire Beekeeper platform, enabling other teams to innovate on top of your work. Your role will be instrumental in shaping product strategy and ensuring business and user needs are met.
Product Manager, Core | Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product strategy for core platform capabilities.
- Prioritize initiatives that drive business value and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including users, developers, and leadership, to develop innovative solutions.
Drive Product Development & Market Success
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research to execution.
- Oversee the launch of new features, working closely with Product Marketing and Sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience, delivering customer and business value.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and in systems.
- Business-level fluency in English.
Bonus Points
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
Managing global product offerings.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
German language skills.
