Who We’re Looking For

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Prioritize programs and allocate resources to align with overall organizational objectives.
  • Define and communicate product offerings through the Product Option Architecture (POA) system and approve product changes.
  • Manage unreleased product development, including early forecasting, shipment planning, and material readiness through the Unreleased Build Plan Process (URBP).
  • Oversee critical design reviews (CDRs), approve new part spare inventory, and drive early material procurement through DMRF submissions.
  • Define and manage ECOGS to support field issue resolution and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Coordinate and monitor execution of mandatory retrofit programs and supplier quality recoveries within CSBG.
  • Evaluate and approve PRs, BOM change orders, and NSRs in iPLM, providing strong justification and pricing recommendations.
  • Act as a key communicator between Lam and customers regarding product issues, operational impact, and production plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (CFTs) to mitigate customer production challenges, ensuring seamless coordination across operations and development teams.
  • Oversee safety issue CFTs, driving Safety Alerts and implementation plans.
  • Analyze financial reserves and recommend disposition plans for unreleased material inventory in engineering, operations, and spare parts locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the semiconductor capital equipment industry).
  • Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to India as part of job responsibilities.
  • Relocation to Bangalore, India after two years in Fremont, California.
