About the job

About Us

We are an innovative AI-driven CRM company specializing in the auto and RV dealership industry. At the heart of our mission is enhancing customer experiences through cutting-edge technology and actionable insights. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Manager – Fixed Operations to drive the development of solutions tailored to RV dealer service and parts operations.

About the Role

This role is responsible for facilitating the successful development of software products that support RV Dealer Fixed Operations. You’ll play a critical role in defining product requirements, working cross-functionally with dealers, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions.

This is a highly field-driven role, requiring significant on-site engagement with clients, prospective clients, and partners. You will spend over 50% of your time traveling—even more during the initial ramp-up period—observing users in real-world environments, identifying pain points, and uncovering prevalent, high-impact problems to solve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and interview RV dealers to gather software requirements and identify gaps.
  • Develop and manage a Product Requirements Document (PRD) outlining essential and desirable product functionality.
  • Spend significant time in the field, engaging directly with dealership teams to observe workflows, gather feedback, and assess opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of product requirements.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during beta releases, refining requirements as needed.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to develop support materials for product adoption.
  • Track and prioritize enhancement requests, providing weekly updates on product development progress.
  • Identify process improvements in product management, ensuring efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in RV Dealer Fixed Operations (Service, Parts, or related field).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or development, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong background in new product development, product launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate market needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a cross-functional approach to product development.
  • Comfort in presenting and advocating for new technologies to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time, with increased travel in the initial stages of the role.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Salary: $75K-$90K + performance-based bonuses.
  • Unlimited PTO: We believe in work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Career Growth: Professional development opportunities within a rapidly expanding department.
  • Real-World Impact: This role isn’t just about sitting behind a desk—you’ll be out in the field, engaging with real users and driving innovation.
