Product/Analytics Manager (Financial)

Pay: $58-60 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered

Remote: EST hours are required

Length of assignment: Initially 12 months, likely extension

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-60 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

Description / Need:

This candidate will play a role in the ongoing management of a new offers program, for a major Financial organization.

It will be helping to develop a browser-based shopping plug-in that provides customers with merchant funded offers within their existing shopping journey.

The experience is similar to the benefits offered by competitors including CapOne Shopping and Honey.

The savings program delivered through the shopping plug-in is a natural complement to existing Merchant Offers program (i.e. card linked offers).

A Product Manager who has worked within Fintech and/or Payments for a Financial organization would be ideal.

Further details:

  • Support post-launch tracking and reporting, including, operationalization of Digital and Marketing performance and Customer Experience monitoring and related routines (most important skill set)
  • Support key product management activities including Marketing, Customer Experience and Operation
  • Partner with Digital and Technology to support delivery and testing for future Citi Shop releases – and incremental capabilities including new payment features and Marketing enhancements
