What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily procurement support by managing vendor relationships and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely restocking.
  • Assist in budgeting, track expenditures, and drive cost-efficient procurement practices.
  • Analyze large datasets, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure contract compliance by managing vendor agreements, pricing, and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate pricing trends and identify new supplier opportunities.
  • Uphold legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring procurement processes align with company policies.
  • Coordinate product sampling logistics and scheduling.
  • Develop and distribute RFPs/RFIs while collecting relevant data for internal stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of procurement tasks, ensuring high-quality performance and fostering trust within internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally in food service distribution.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to support company goals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
