Your Impact
- Ensure that trading product requirements and designs are informed by thorough market and competitive research, industry expertise, customer insights, focus groups, and surveys.
- Oversee the trading team’s backlog and prioritization, keeping projects aligned with key delivery timelines.
- Develop release notes, knowledge base articles, and training materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all trading-related issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Trading Operations, and Compliance teams to investigate issues and work closely with engineering to implement solutions.
- Contribute to architectural and vendor decisions in partnership with engineering, product management, and executive stakeholders.
- Work with engineering and design teams to expand and enhance the trading product.
- Partner with the design team to develop intuitive user interfaces and efficient workflows for the manual trading platform.
- Support the brokerage product management team in the development and success of brokerage-related products.
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) across brokerage products.
What You Bring
- Experience – 8+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization.
- Expertise in building and managing trading platforms across multiple asset classes.
- Hands-on experience with equity, options, mutual funds, and bond trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements from FINRA, SEC, and other governing bodies.
- Deep domain knowledge of the investment management landscape and broker-dealer needs.
- Technical Aptitude – You quickly grasp modern tech stacks and trading technologies.
