Circle Medical is a primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, continuous care for adult patients through a telemedicine-first approach. Our model emphasizes strong provider-patient relationships, ensuring continuity of care. We follow an evidence-based practice framework and utilize our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR, enabling secure, seamless, and efficient video-audio appointments for both patients and providers.

Compensation & Appointment Structure

We operate on a fee-for-service model, with fully empaneled MDs and DOs earning an average of $100/hr and $150/hr, respectively. Appointments typically last between 20 to 30 minutes. Compensation is structured at $50 per encounter, with a robust incentive program to further enhance earnings.

At Circle Medical, we prioritize provider empanelment and continuity of care, delivering a comprehensive and patient-centered primary care experience.

We operate seven days a week, giving PCPs the flexibility to create their own recurring schedules, including evenings and weekends. Independent providers also receive strong support from our team of patient care advocates and licensed clinical professionals, ensuring patients receive the necessary care and follow-up.
