What You’ll Do

  • Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based clinical quality goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, collaborating with medical assistants and support staff.
  • Work closely with the Central Support RN team to follow up on patient results.
  • Supervise and mentor advanced practice clinicians.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care programs, pathways, and new healthcare innovations.
  • Deliver preventive, proactive, and compassionate primary care based on the latest medical evidence.
  • Conduct patient evaluations both in-clinic and through virtual visits.

About You

  • Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active state license.
  • Proficient in primary care procedures, including skin biopsies, skin tag removal, wart treatments, joint injections, and IUD insertion/removal.
  • Passionate about relationship-driven, patient-centered primary care.
  • Strong ability to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Committed to lifelong learning and evidence-based medicine.
  • Comfortable using technology to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to an innovative and evolving healthcare model.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $240,000 – $270,000 per year
  • Bonus Potential: Up to 18% of annual salary, paid quarterly, based on wRVU/Quality incentives
