Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of August 2025 or later.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong interest in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines, with a desire to enhance skills relevant to WSP’s projects.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of professionally conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to follow guidance from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects successfully.
- Basic proficiency in technical writing, office automation, software applications, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to WSP’s health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
- Authorized to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of August 2025 or later.
- Previous internship experience and leadership involvement in campus organizations.
