Essential Functions

  • Interpret blueprints and adhere to state and local building codes.
  • Assess required materials and equipment for each project.
  • Install pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
  • Inspect and test pipelines and installed pipe systems.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing malfunctions.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
  • Ensure all hand and power tools are maintained in proper working condition.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in workshops and job sites.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Supervisory Controls
