POSITION TITLE: Physiotherapist (2 positions)
PROGRAM: WSBC Rehabilitation Services – Customized Recovery & RTW Program & Private
Physiotherapy Services
LOCATION: Newton, Surrey –On-Site
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent | Employee or Contractor Status
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $42-$50/hour (rate will depend on factors such as internal equity, education, work experience)

Job Summary
The clinical duties include evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services. The Physiotherapist will work in a multi-disciplinary team which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counsellors and Case Managers.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Clinical assessments, developing andprovidingtreatment plans for clients
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Administering and gatheringinformation regarding outcomes
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicating to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
- Engaging in continuous learning and skills development
- Participate in and adhere to CARF related requirements
- Work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counselors and Case Managers
- Other work as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- Registered Physiotherapistwith the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in the rehabilitation/RTW services
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment is ideal
- Experience inevidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for injured workers with musculoskeletal injuries
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize with a focus on customer service; and an interest in vocational rehabilitation
