District Medical Leader

Role Overview
The District Medical Leader plays a key role in optimizing clinic efficiency and supporting clinicians across 2-5 assigned locations. This position is 60% direct patient care and 40% administrative, focusing on mentorship, operational efficiency, and clinical quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship

Supervise and support clinicians, providing daily guidance.

Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Drive performance improvements by monitoring key quality and efficiency metrics.
Operational Support

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adequate clinician coverage.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Physician Requirements

MD or DO degree with a valid CA Medical License.

DEA, BLS, and AHA certifications required.

3+ years of primary care experience (5+ preferred).
Advanced Practice Provider Requirements

Master’s degree in NP, PA, or CNM with a valid CA license.

National certification and DEA license required.

3+ years of clinical experience (5+ preferred).
