Job Title:Physician
Location: Richmond
Employment Status: Part Time Contractor (1 day/week)
Role Overview:
The Physician will join our multidisciplinary team in Richmond within our Occupational Rehabilitation Program. To qualify, the physician must have an interest in performing musculoskeletal assessments within a work disability prevention model of care. The physician’s role is to assess injured workers in the Occupational Rehabilitation program and meet with the treatment team to provide recommendations. Experience working within a WorkSafeBC treatment program, as well as, sports medicine, occupational medicine or IME background is an asset, but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided. The position requires one day of work every other week.
