Role Purpose
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans, to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while considering discharge needs, expected functional outcomes, and necessary equipment or support.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, offering expert guidance and referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegate tasks effectively to assistants, technicians, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels and competencies align with patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and consultations to provide expert physical therapy services.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Supervisory Experience: Not required
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist License
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
