About the job

Our client is an outpatient clinic seeking a dedicated PT or PTA to join their team. This role is Mon-Friday 830am-5pm, no weekends no nights!

If you are the type of therapist that enjoys providing individualized care and helping patients with a wide array of diagnoses, then this is the job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients’ conditions to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
  • Knowledge of orthopedic, pulmonary, and vestibular conditions and treatments
  • Strong physiology knowledge
  • Compassionate patient care skills
  • Expertise in geriatric physical therapy
  • Experience in use of manual therapy techniques
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and kindness
