About the job

Pride Health is hiring a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Roswell, NM. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Position Details

  • Specialty: Physical Therapy (Outpatient/Inpatient)
  • Shift: Day Shift (5×8-Hour, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Start Date: 02/10/2025
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Location: Roswell, NM
  • Pay Range: $2,300/week to $2,500/week

Position Highlights

  • Responsibilities: Provide therapy services in a mixed outpatient (60%) and inpatient (40%) environment.
  • Licensing: Physical Therapist license.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ physical abilities and design tailored treatment plans to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to meet therapy goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper therapy techniques and exercises to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care while ensuring a safe and effective therapy environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Physical Therapist.
  • Certifications: Current PT license.
