Role Description
Over the years, our current manager made Scott-Chem Pharmacy the “GO TO PHARMACY” in Redcar building up fantastic relationships with patients, customers and professionals in the healthcare sector. This position has become available.

This is a full-time on-site position. You must have:
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
At least 2 years of management experience.
Innovate and develop business.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional patient care and service, ensuring adherence to the GPhC standards for pharmacy professionals.
Oversee the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions, conducting medication reviews and ensuring interactions are checked.
Manage the supply and stock control of medicines.
Provide expert advice on medicines to patients, including potential side effects and interactions with other medications.
Offer public health services such as smoking cessation support, blood pressure monitoring, and initial management of minor ailments.
Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment, supervising and training team members
