We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to assist with prescription preparation, order processing, and compliance management at our Charlestown, IN facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance in pharmacy operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician
Prescription Processing & Patient Care
- Assist pharmacists in reviewing, preparing, and dispensing medications.
- Verify prescription details, patient information, dosage, and refill quantities.
- Communicate with the Patient Service Center (PSC) to ensure medication compliance and inventory management.
- Record and track prescription deliveries to maintain accurate documentation.
Inventory & Quality Assurance
- Receive, store, and log pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Conduct expiration date reviews and prepare outdated medications for proper disposal.
- Perform quality assurance checks on pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements.
- Support problem-solving efforts for order delays, working with the team to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications for a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in pharmacy operations or logistics.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy setting.
- Inventory or logistics control experience.

- Proficiency in basic math and pharmaceutical calculations.

- Work is performed 100% indoors in a fast-paced environment.

- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods.
