As a Pharmacist Manager at Sam’s Club, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations. This position requires a detail-oriented healthcare professional with expertise in compliance, medication counseling, and customer service. You will be responsible for supervising pharmacy associates, optimizing workflow, and ensuring regulatory adherence while prioritizing member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications while complying with all federal and state regulations.
• Provide expert counseling to members regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Administer immunizations and promote community health initiatives per state guidelines.
• Lead pharmacy sales growth by ensuring competitive pricing, merchandise presentation, and effective inventory control.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, loss prevention measures, and legal compliance.
• Develop and oversee community outreach programs, encouraging team participation in local service initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and train pharmacy associates to foster an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and safeguard patient information in compliance with federal and company policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and improve service efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
