Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $63,000 to $138,600, depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and location.

Position Overview: Territory Manager
The Territory Manager will focus on account-based sales, engaging with healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatments related to Lilly’s product portfolio. This role involves working with HCPs from various specialties and representatives within key hospital accounts. The Territory Manager will be recognized as a knowledgeable expert and resource for all Lilly medicines and relevant patient groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Ownership:
- Promote Lilly’s full range of priority products across multiple HCP specialties.
- Analyze and understand the market within the territory to develop tailored strategies that drive business growth and outcomes.
- Navigate the dynamic healthcare environment and payer landscape to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Leverage data, business insight tools, and analytics to identify market trends, priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
- Implement new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance customer interactions efficiently.
- Identify and advocate for innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to foster positive and impactful interactions.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage the appropriate use of Lilly’s medicines.
- Ensure consistent practices within the Regional Healthcare Market to maximize impact.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required by the state (if applicable).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
