The client:
A boutique investment management firm that are headquartered in London are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team and support a Managing Director, one other senior professional and their team. They are looking for a candidate to join in either a temp-to-perm or contract (6-12 months) to perm capacity.
The role:
PA duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging international travel for the team
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
- Manage projects effectively
- Assisting with putting together PowerPoint presentations
- Processing expenses on Concur
- Preparing files for business meetings
- Working with the office support team to research, arrange and coordinate events and conferences
- Working with the office support team to ensure adequate cover in the office
- Assisting with meeting and greeting guests
The successful candidate will:
- Have PA experience, ideally within the boutique financial services
- Be proactive and a self-starter
- Have excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Have prior experience managing and coordination multiple busy calendars
- Be professional and personable and possess excellent communication skills
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ideally have Concur experience

- Salary up to £40k (depending on experience)
