The client:

A boutique investment management firm that are headquartered in London are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team and support a Managing Director, one other senior professional and their team. They are looking for a candidate to join in either a temp-to-perm or contract (6-12 months) to perm capacity.

The role:

PA duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Arranging international travel for the team
  • Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
  • Manage projects effectively
  • Assisting with putting together PowerPoint presentations
  • Processing expenses on Concur
  • Preparing files for business meetings
  • Working with the office support team to research, arrange and coordinate events and conferences
  • Working with the office support team to ensure adequate cover in the office
  • Assisting with meeting and greeting guests

The successful candidate will:

  • Have PA experience, ideally within the boutique financial services
  • Be proactive and a self-starter
  • Have excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Have prior experience managing and coordination multiple busy calendars
  • Be professional and personable and possess excellent communication skills
  • Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ideally have Concur experience

  • Standard hours are 9am – 5pm, with flexibility required

  • Salary up to £40k (depending on experience)
