Occupational Therapist – Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Perform effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust plans as needed based on patient response.
- Administer treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient populations as directed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
