The Role
This role will be accountable for;
- The day to day management of the payroll function
- Ensuring operational performance and continuous process improvement to streamline and digitalise services
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Point of escalation for any issues
- Create a strong team culture of engagement, transparency and authenticity
