About the job

In this role you will be tasked with assisting in the success of large, complex projects with some of the largest payers and providers across the country on the payroll and billing side of the house. You will be working alongside our team of Payroll and Billing Project Coordinators to help ensure accurate placement set up, payroll, and you will own the support ticketing queue for some of our largest projects in the company to provide a high level of consultant satisfaction. You will support in set up of major projects for success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Medasource Delivery team and Project team to ensure accuracy of placements in the payroll and billing sections
  • Support Project team with investigating errors and coming up with resolution
  • Owning and creating processes surrounding the Zendesk Go-Live support queue, ensuring timely response and resolution to contractor payroll issues
  • Supplement continuity of experience to ALL Medasource customers and consultants
