Pathways Supervisor
Location: Circle Integrated Care – Bedford
Hours: 37.5 per week (Permanent, flexible shifts)
Salary: Up to £27,430 per year

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Pathways Supervisor to join our team. This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and requires a flexible approach to shift patterns.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in complaints resolution
- A successful track record of meeting performance targets
- Experience working in healthcare (desirable)
- Completion of probationary period
Key Responsibilities
- Use coaching and motivational skills to support the Pathways Manager and team in achieving performance goals
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
- Deputise for the line manager when necessary
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide feedback
- Promote a positive team morale and maintain motivation
- Manage time effectively to meet internal and external deadlines
