As the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the Principal of this family office, you are a forward-thinking, trustworthy professional with strong judgment. The ideal candidate is eager to take on administrative, project-based and personal assistant tasks ranging from scheduling and travel management, financial tracking and oversight, family personal agenda assistance, and philanthropic interests, to day-to-day administrative functions for a busy leader. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events across multiple locations for business and personal matters with internal and external contacts.
  • Using expert communication skills, monitor email correspondence across multiple accounts, including board-related business initiatives.
  • Plan and book travel itineraries for business and personal use, including ground transportation, events and accommodations.
  • Compose business presentations, documents, memos, spreadsheets and reports, including but not limited to, speaking engagements, financial reporting, tracking and managing bills, projects and potential new business endeavors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external staff and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents.
  • Consistently interact with clients in a professional manner as a direct extension of the office.
  • Provide personal assistant support to the Principal and extended family, such as running errands, making purchases, personal event planning organization, travel support, and personal schedule management.
