What You’ll Do:
As the on-site Cleaner, you will maintain the building’s cleanliness and tidiness to the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety, while interacting professionally with staff and the public.
Important: This role requires BPSS level vetting, including a mandatory DBS check. The ability to pass this check is essential.
BPSS Vetting Explained:
To meet client requirements, this position requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, a government-mandated security check. This process typically involves:
- Identity Verification: Presentation of documents like a passport, photo ID, or birth certificate.
- Employment History (last 3 years): Any gaps in employment will require HMRC statements for the relevant periods.
- Right to Work in the UK: Proof of citizenship or a valid share code.
- Unspent Criminal Record Check: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
- Significant Periods Abroad: Information on any periods of 6+ months spent abroad in the past 3 years.
