Paid Media Executive
As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing high-impact digital campaigns from day one, driving both engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Google Display Network, and other emerging platforms to maximise performance and ROI.
- Experiment with new channels to expand reach and uncover untapped opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that drive conversions.
- Implement and refine A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimise campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Work closely with the website team to enhance user journeys and boost conversion rates through effective landing page optimisation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative tactics to refine strategies and explore new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A data-driven problem solver with a passion for campaign optimisation.
- A naturally curious marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and pushing performance boundaries.
- A collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and tech teams.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and display networks.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, bid optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with native advertising platforms.
