Requirements
- Engage and support Owners while driving sales.
- Encourage Owners to maximize their ownership benefits by purchasing and using vacation packages that promote visits to Bluegreen resorts and participation in sales tours.
- Set the foundation for a successful sales experience by building excitement for upcoming vacations and ensuring Owners and guests understand their commitment to attending the Owner Review meeting.
- Follow department scripting guidelines and adhere to all reservation policies, including gifting parameters for Owners and guests.
- Accurately communicate package details and qualifications while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Utilize outbound dialing technology and systems like Concierge and VSSA to ensure efficient call handling, package sales completion, and accurate account documentation.
- Meet or exceed minimum sales and conversion targets.
- Adapt to special offers, promotional campaigns, and new initiatives, embracing change and innovation to enhance value for Owners and drive company success.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred).
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred).
