About the job
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Organic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role focuses on strategic social media management, with an emphasis on developing and executing organic campaigns, analyzing performance, leading a small team, engaging in on-site visits to capture content, and building strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in crafting social strategies that drive measurable business results for clients and the Elevation Ten Thousand brand.

Key Responsibilities

 

Social Media Strategy & Management

· Develop and implement organic social media strategies tailored to various industries and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

· Plan, manage, and maintain comprehensive content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.

· Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth) and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.

· Oversee community management, responding to comments and messages to build online communities.

· Manage Elevation Ten Thousand’s social media accounts to maintain brand consistency and engagement.

· Stay informed of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize performance.

· Handle crisis communication and brand reputation management when necessary.

 

Content Creation & Collaboration

· Plan and execute on-site content shoots, capturing high-quality photos and videos to tell compelling brand stories.

· Collaborate with creative teams to produce social media content aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

· Utilize tools like Canva and CapCut to design engaging assets for posts and campaigns.

· Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.

· Navigate platforms like Meta Business Suite, business portfolios, and LinkedIn Business Manager for effective content management.

 

Client Engagement & Reporting

· Present performance reports and actionable insights to clients, showcasing ROI and strategic improvements.

· Proactively address client-specific challenges with creative, results-oriented solutions.

· Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive strategy updates.

 

On-Site Visits

· Travel locally for client content capture, coordinating logistics such as shot lists, scheduling, and equipment.

· Identify and highlight unique storytelling opportunities during visits to enhance content strategies.

 

Team Leadership

· Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 people, fostering a positive team atmosphere and collaborative culture.

· Assign tasks, oversee team projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.

· Train and guide team members on social media best practices, tools, and trends.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Experience:

· 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy and management with proven results. Agency experience is a plus. [AL1] [KB2]

· 2+ years of experience using social scheduling and monitoring tools, preferably Sprout Social.

· At least 1 year of team management experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

 

Technical Expertise:

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).

· Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).

· Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and CapCut.

· Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategy. Experience with Sprout Premium Analytics, Funnel, and Looker Studio is a plus but not required.[AL3] [KB4]

· Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Business Manager.

· Familiarity with SEO and digital advertising principles and integrating them into social media strategies.

· Proficiency in creating and optimizing content for mobile-first audiences and platforms

· Knowledge of user-generated content strategies and influencer collaborations.

· Experience testing and analyzing different content types and formats to optimize engagement and reach.
