Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive credit control strategy to minimise debt age and improve cash flow. Build strong relationships with client Accounts Payable teams and resolve payment issues professionally.
- Review and optimise back-office processes to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of operational and financial processes.
- Oversee contract management, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain organised records and ensure contract terms are met.
- Manage daily office operations, maintain a productive workspace, and handle vendor relationships. Foster a positive and efficient office environment.
- Manage payroll processes, budgeting, and incentive programmes. Partner with leadership to set and adjust budgets in line with company goals.
- Utilise and optimise financial software for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience within a growing business.
- Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
