Your Role as a One Stop – Customer Service Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service with passion and pride.
- Assist customers and encourage feedback via the ‘Have Your Say’ survey.
- Handle multiple store tasks, including tills, stock replenishment, and self-checkout assistance.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized store.
- Participate in community, seasonal, and charity events.
- Uphold Think 25 policy when handling age-restricted products.
- Support store management when needed in the absence of supervisors.
- If applicable, undertake Post Office duties (subject to a background check).
