SUMMARY

Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties related to the plant in order to maximize the effectiveness of customer service levels.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

    • Data entry related to daily production, shipping and receiving activities.
    • Daily filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents.
    • Organize and maintain files.
    • Other general duties as required

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Aptitude for details and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous office experience is an asset
  • Working experience with shipping documents is preferred
  • Familiar with standard office equipment such as computer, fax machine, and photocopier
  • Experience/Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Apple computers is an asset
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to deal with customers and foster positive relationships

  • High school graduation
