Occupational Therapist – Job Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at Sheppard Pratt, you will provide a full spectrum of OT services in accordance with professional standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students by developing personalized therapy plans.
- Enhancing students’ learning readiness and supporting their physical and mental well-being.
- Leading and facilitating staff training programs related to occupational therapy services.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, school representatives, and other stakeholders to discuss student progress and therapy plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

What We’re Looking For
- A master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid Maryland State Occupational Therapy License.
