Your Role as an Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers patients to surpass their functional goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader healthcare team.
  • Engage with the community to build and maintain meaningful professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an AOTA-accredited occupational therapy program.
  • State licensure in occupational therapy.
  • NBCOT certification as a registered occupational therapist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
