Position Overview
Responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, and implementing rehabilitative programs designed to help individuals with disabilities or developmental delays regain or develop essential vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, promoting overall independence. Builds trust and cooperation with patients, their families, and healthcare teams through thorough assessments, attentive care, and clear communication. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality patient care. Provides clinical supervision for assistants and aides and serves as a clinical instructor for assigned students.
Education & Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Certification & Licensure:
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience

- In-depth knowledge of professional practice standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage a high-demand workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
