About the Role: Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at Alaska Regional, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans aligned with physician directives.

  • Deliver skilled, goal-driven therapeutic interventions.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

  • Support efficient caseload prioritization and contribute to team coordination.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Occupational Therapist licensure

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)
