Additionally, strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff toward achieving departmental goals are essential.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
✔ Active registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
✔ Substantial experience in a relevant clinical setting
✔ Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
✔ Relevant post-graduate training in a specialized area
✔ Commitment to continued professional development
✔ Specialization in neurological rehabilitation is desirable
