About the job
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Occupational Therapist – $2500 Sign-On Bonus

- Evaluate and assess students served in a school environment.
- Develop effective treatment plans while providing quality service in collaboration with their IEP service recommendations.
- Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload.
- Provide guidance and structure to occupational therapy assistant.
- Maintain documentation including report of services, weekly schedule to meet therapy goals of student served.
- Serve on rehabilitation treatment team, including meetings, attending conferences, departmental meetings for program development, and establishing a system of operations for team enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Must be able to pass DCFS background check
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Effective communication skills
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
