About the job

About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity to work across two key locations, delivering high-quality occupational health (OH) services to our employees. This role requires travel between the Hatfield and Heathrow sites, as well as occasional night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational health services that promote colleague wellbeing and adhere to OH standards.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering occupational health services.
  • Conduct health surveillance and screening programs in line with risk assessment regulations.
  • Develop case management expertise and gain a deeper understanding of how the work environment affects employee health.
  • Maintain accurate OH records for reporting and continuous service improvement.
  • Work closely with the OH Business Partner to address health concerns and promote workplace health education initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical supervision to enhance your professional development.
  • Ensure all medical records are handled confidentially in line with data protection and professional standards.
  • Adapt to changes in processes and procedures to improve service delivery and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse (NMC) with active registration and revalidation.
  • Experience in occupational health within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong interest in health and wellbeing, with a desire to develop further within the occupational health field.
  • Knowledge of health promotion, health and safety regulations, and NMC professional standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Confidence in decision-making, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and flexible in approach.
