Exciting Opportunity: Occupational Health Administrator (Hybrid) – Canterbury
Are you highly organized and passionate about healthcare administration? Join All Health Matters as an Occupational Health Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting businesses with employee health services. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in our Canterbury Head Office, with two days from home. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing queries, updating records, and providing outstanding customer service.
Salary: Circa £24,000+ DOE + Benefits
Location: Canterbury (Hybrid – 3 office days, 2 remote)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Health Administrator
Providing Excellent Client Support
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service
- Communicate with HR & management teams via phone & email
- Regular reception duties, welcoming visitors & processing payments
Managing Records & Scheduling
- Use our Occupational Health System to maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries efficiently
- Ensure the confidential handling of medical data
What We Look for in an Occupational Health Administrator
Strong Communication Skills – Confident phone manner & adaptable approach
Excellent Time Management – Ability to handle multiple priorities
Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping
Previous Office & Customer-Facing Experience – Essential for success
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
DBS Clearance & Reference Checks Required
