Höflinger Müller GmbH, a leading bakery and food service provider in Bavaria, operates 120+ modern branches and supplies major food retail clients. To strengthen our IT team, we’re hiring a Network Administrator IT Technician (m/f/d) to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities as a Network Administrator IT Technician (m/f/d)
- Support and administer networks and Microsoft Windows environments, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Plan and implement network expansions, installations, and upgrades.
- Manage network services, user and device configurations via Azure AD, Active Directory, VPN, and virtualization.
- Administer VMware systems and implement firewall solutions with Sophos products.
- Conduct IT infrastructure troubleshooting and maintain system documentation.
Your Profile – What We’re Looking For
- IT-related qualification (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems, Azure AD, VMware, and VEEAM backup.
- Experience in firewall management (preferably Sophos).
- Team-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
- B2-level German proficiency and a valid Class B driver’s license.
- Desirable: IT security expertise, project management experience, and client hardware knowledge.
