About The Role

  • Multiskilled Warehouse Operative
  • £31,583.78 including shift allowance
  • 24/7 shift pattern – A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, day and nights. Average – 42 hours per week
  • Permanent

As a Multiskilled Warehouse Operative you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

  • Handle pallets of materials and process them using ERP/WMS.
  • Operate various MHE including Very Narrow Aisle, counterbalance, reach trucks, etc.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns.
  • Minimize waste and promote recycling efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, support audit readiness, and contribute to team and company targets.
