About the job

This role will be responsible for deploying a mobile marketing program focusing on push/in app marketing communications designed to drive engagement and retention, as well as minimize churn. The Specialist will be responsible for building ad-hoc push notification and in-app notification campaigns within the Braze platform, sourcing creative, tracking campaign status on Airtable, testing and deploying campaigns in Braze.

The Specialist will have opportunity to help with ideas to optimize mobile communications to onboard new members, elevate the member mobile communication experience, increase content consumption, and drive business growth via the mobile channel.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy mobile push notification and in-app messaging campaigns for our telecommunications and entertainment client by utilizing marketing communications to drive success against key retention and engagement KPI’s.
  • End-to-end campaign management including routing finalized copy through necessary stakeholders for approval and uploading deployed campaign screenshots for recordkeeping
  • Provides campaign QA ensuring accurate, timely and consistent delivery of campaigns
  • Log updates in Mobile Airtable to keep tracker current
  • Influence and direct cross-functional teams to meet key deliverables on-time and with flawless execution across all touch points
  • Consistently updating streaming and mobile industry research and strategic competitive assessment
