  • Collaborate with the Assortment Planner to execute store-to-store transfers and maximize inventory efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Product Team, adjusting merchandise distribution plans based on sales trends, store performance, and feedback from sales associates.
  • Maintain data integrity by updating and managing SKU attributes within Quantum.
  • Work closely with CX & Sales teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities at the regional level.
  • Regularly update and maintain sizing analysis in internal databases.
  • Verify and resolve purchase order discrepancies as needed.
  • Successfully complete the 6-month Bronze level training for Merchandisers.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in a relevant field; retail experience in a store environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a curiosity for learning new systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with the ability to process data efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under time constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to multicultural work environments is preferred.
  • Passion for sports, fashion, and youth culture is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment where your analytical skills and merchandising expertise will directly impact business success!
