Our client is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and providing them with compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking a dedicated, licensed therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in helping clients transform their lives.

About the Role: As a therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a collaborative team, working alongside counselors, clinicians, and support staff to deliver effective therapeutic services. You’ll develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans, conduct follow-up sessions, and monitor each client’s progress through their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement therapy programs, ensuring compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
  • Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique strengths, goals, and needs.
  • Conduct timely assessments and re-assessments to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Serve as a mental health liaison between nursing, operations, and clinical teams.
  • Engage in quality assurance activities and participate in ongoing professional development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Master’s degree and active license in mental health counseling or social work (required).
  • At least two years of experience in mental health, with a preference for experience in substance abuse or detox settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic approach to client care.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to work with electronic medical records.
