What You’ll Do

Ensure facility safety by conducting routine safety checks, adhering to forklift spotting procedures, properly handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standards, and addressing or reporting any unsafe conditions to management.

Deliver exceptional member service by greeting members, understanding their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving concerns, promoting company products and services, and providing support for self-service technology. Process transactions, assist with various payment methods, manage self-checkout areas, and maintain a well-organized and clean shopping environment.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by following action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and applying best practices in daily business operations.

Manage work assignments effectively by leveraging company policies, data, and available resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to meet priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicate progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt to changes, challenges, and feedback.
